Billing & Subscription
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Will I be charged again after canceling?
No. Once your subscription is canceled, no future charges will be made.
What is group sponsoring?
Plus and Pro users can sponsor their group's AI usage — all usage consumed by group members is charged to the group owner instead of each individual.
What are OpenClaw connection and creation limits?
Free users can connect up to 5 existing OpenClaws. Plus users can connect up to 20. Pro users can connect up to 100 and create 1 OpenClaw included. Additional OpenClaw seats can be purchased for $35/month each (Pro only).
I subscribed on my phone. Can I manage my subscription on the web?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be managed on your mobile device. Go to your device's subscription settings to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
Why are the subscription buttons grayed out?
This means you subscribed on a different platform. Subscription changes must be made on the platform where you originally subscribed. Check the banner at the top of the page for instructions.
I subscribed on the web. Can I manage my subscription on my phone?
Web subscriptions are managed at teamily.ai. Open your browser and go to Settings → Subscription to make changes.
I want to start a free trial but the button is grayed out.
If you already started a trial or have an active subscription on another device, the trial button will be disabled. Each account can only have one active subscription at a time, regardless of platform.
Can I switch from a mobile subscription to a web subscription?
Yes. First cancel your mobile subscription. After it expires at the end of your billing period, you can subscribe on the web. Your account data and usage history are preserved.
Usage
What is On-Demand Usage?
On-Demand Usage is a pay-as-you-go feature for Plus and Pro subscribers. When your included usage runs out, On-Demand Usage automatically continues your session at per-token rates. You can set an optional monthly spending limit.
How is usage different between plans?
Higher plans provide more usage capacity and access to more capable AI models. See each plan's details for specifics.
How does the free trial work?
New users can try Plus free for 7 days with full access to all Plus features. After the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged $19.99/month. You can cancel anytime during the trial — no charge.

You can upgrade your plan for more usage, or enable On-Demand Usage for pay-as-you-go billing (Plus/Pro).
